We realized we had not actually reset the router in game , we quit trying since we did not really know what we were going to do in there anyway. We will try it again once we get home. Whether or not we could reset/login to the router was never really an issue. We did not really try too hard considering we did not really know what settings to change anyway. We guess we really should not have mentioned it in the first place. We are sure we will be able to login to it this evening. We just need to know what settings need changing. We guess our 2nd post sent this thread in the wrong direction. We apologize for that.
So we still can not log into the router. After doing some googling we found this. We are not the only one. Our guess is that our ISP changed the default settings? We phoned tech support and we are pretty certain the guy googled our problem because he asked us how to spell silkroad, typed a lot, and then put US on hold for 3 minutes. He then came back and told someone would have to call us back. Before We hung up we asked him why we could not log in and if the password might be different, and he said he did not know an internet tech support guy who doesnt know the modem/router password. Well, the internet is really cheap. We guess you get what you pay
