We do not see why a Blader at the 100 cap would need Ice. Pretty much everyone has immunity against the Ice Imbue and you already have more then enough defence to get by without the phy, def, buff and the passive. We suggest 100 Fire/100 Bicheon/80 Light/20 Cold. 20 Cold for the level 1 Snow Shield. As for pure STR or Hybrid, we do not have enough knowledge on hybrid bladers to provide any input on this. We are thinking of a hybid bacause of what we have seen and peps have told us bladers have a lot of phy def they are tankers. We think that taking that def away and giving them more mag def would be better by adding int.
Them we thought about giving it, his def back getting 100 ice and he is a hybrid getting maybe 40% snowshield. We think that putting half of stats points on str and int with fire/ice would be the best balance build ever. Them we thought about pro witch would make it more balance. Like that we think he will be great. But here is the only problem we see on this build. We do not think he will do enough damage to kill. We have seen pure str blader having a hard time killing some not all. We do not think nukes would help much.
